Guests are free on any of these. They can look, they can't add anything, and they never take one of the seats.

## A plan becomes an ember

The same Friday, three times. Warming while it's ahead, glowing once it's passed, and an ember after one of you writes it down.

Plans fall through. Fade one and the day stays on the calendar, quiet, with nothing owed on it. Either of you can rekindle it later and keep it as an ember.

Three kinds of writing, all on the same day. What you meant to do, what actually happened, and the throwaway line one of you still quotes. Each one carries the name of whoever wrote it.

## One photo is enough

Most of what Ember needs is already in the picture. It reads the date and the place, so a photo from Saturday lands on Saturday.

## Two people, one question

Double Take asks one question about a day and you answer it separately. Your answer seals the moment you write it, hidden from the other one, and stays sealed until they have written theirs. Then both open at once, so neither version got shaped by reading the other.

## Wander back through it

Four years since that morning, and there it is. Wander is where your own history comes back to you: this date in other years, the days around it, then somewhere further back. You go looking for it. It never comes looking for you.

## Ember Frame

An old tablet on a shelf, or a TV you cast to. It plays through what you've kept together while you are doing something else, and every so often one of them stops you on your way past.

## Open it anywhere

Ember runs on your phone, a tablet, your laptop, or even your TV. Get started without an app store download. You can still add it to your home screen and it sits with the other apps.

## Yours, always

Your mantel is private to the people you invite.

Download everything you've kept whenever you want. Your original photos, and the writing as plain text you can read without Ember.

Delete a memory or your whole account, and Ember tells you what goes with it before you confirm.

Embers are always free, there's no cap on how many memories you plan, keep, or how many photos or videos you add to them.
